5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you post on The Older Berry. However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating the Service. The Older Berry name, logo, and all related marks are our property.

6. Safety and Verification

While we implement photo verification and safety measures, we cannot guarantee the identity or intentions of other users. You are responsible for your own safety when meeting people from the platform. Always meet in public places and inform friends or family of your plans.

7. Premium Membership

Premium membership features may be offered for a fee. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice to existing subscribers.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any behavior that harms other users or the Service. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
